COLLEGE APPLICATIONS:
Would you like to have the Common Application finished by the start of your senior year? In this five-day workshop students will complete the application, finish the Common App essay, and additionally work to complete one college supplement essay. Through the analysis of actual college essays and individual feedback, students will be guided through the process of crafting unique and effective writing for their applications. Now in their eighth year of providing this popular workshop, Mrs. Norden and Ms. Campbell bring a depth of experience and expertise to the college application process. This workshop is geared to rising seniors from all area high schools.
Requirements: Because we will be accessing the online Common App, students must have a laptop they can bring to class each day. In addition to the three hours spent in class, students will have approximately an hour of work each evening as they revise and edit their essays.
